    On Sunday, March 16, beginning at 10 am, Hope's administrative system will be upgraded. As a result, several systems will be unavailable for 3 hours.

Anchor Site Maintenance

    During spring break, we will be performing maintenance and updates on the server that hosts anchor.hope.edu. The site will be down during this time.

Printing Server Upgrade

    We are upgrading the main campus printing server. During this time, all campus printing may be sporadically disrupted. This does not affect Mobility Print users.

EMS Disconnecting Popup Issue

    EMS is intermittently disconnecting from the database and users will receive a popup message about the disconnection. Changes will not be saved, but retrying usually works. CIT is working with vendor support to troubleshoot.

    The update is now complete. Service is now restored. We'll keep an eye on the situation before completely closing out this issue.

    Authentication crashed again. We are restoring the server to a previous state that does not have the issue. Service will be restored within 5 minutes.

    We found the issue and restarted the services. Users should be able to authenticate into all services again.

ISE Not Running Job Streams

    We identified the issue and have implemented a fix. All job streams involving ISE will work now. Reach out to CIT if you continue to encounter issues.

Tableau Web Banner Connection

    We have successfully repaired Tableau and switched it to a new system. Please contact CIT if you have any problems.

    We are now migrating to the new analytics.hope.edu system.

    We will be moving the Tableau server to a new system today in an effort to resolve the connection issues we've been having. We expect it to be completed around 3pm. During this time analytics.hope.edu will be inaccessible and publishing will be unavailable. Thank you for your patience as we continue to resolve this issue.

    We are still working to resolve this issue and are planning to work with Tableau support and investigate other options.

    We will be restoring Tableau to a previous backup state. During this time, the site will be inaccessible.

    Tableau web version is currently having an issue connecting to Oracle. Users should avoid creating/publishing new workbooks or views until this is resolved. The desktop version works better but still should not create/publish.

    We have fixed the issue. Banner Job Submission is working again.

    Banner Jobusb is currently unresponsive. Anyone trying to submit a Banner job is currently unable to do so. We are investigating the issue.

Campus Phone Outage

    Campus phone service seems to be restored. We'll continue to monitor the situation.
