Users can once again access all Banner services.

CIT has received reports that users are unable to login to plus.hope.edu, Admin Pages, Blite, and other Banner services. We are currently investigating.

Currently users are unable to call in or out from campus phones to off-campus. On-campus calling works without issue.

Titanium has been restored and is once again functional. Reach out to CIT with any questions or concerns.
We're looking into reports that the on-campus server called Titanium isn't working as expected. We'll update here when we know more.
We have applied a permanent fix for this issue. All issues with BDM should be resolved.
We have identified the issue and instituted a temporary fix. We'll be patching the system today for a longer term solution. For now, the system is working.
