    Tomorrow morning (4/23 at 7 am) the infrastructure that hosts a part of the Banner environment will be restarted. The following systems will be intermittently available:

    • The Banner Database

    • plus.hope.edu

    • Banner Admin Pages

    • SchedulePlanner

    • Blite

    If you happen to notice this restart, it should only last a few minutes. Reach out to CIT if you have any questions or concerns or notice anything awry after 7:30 am.

Issues During Video Calls

    We have received multiple reports that video calls are now working better and more reliably. If you experience issues, please contact the CIT Help Desk at cit@hope.edu or 616-395-7670.

WiFi Issues on Campus Today

    With the exception of Spotify (as detailed in a separate incident report), wireless should be functioning across campus. Please contact the CIT Help Desk (616-395-7670 or cit@hope.edu) with any issues.

    CIT continues to make small tweaks to our new WiFi system to ensure peak performance. Please reach out to us (cit@hope.edu or 616.395.7670) if you find any spots around campus where WiFi signal is not adequate.

    CIT is currently investigating reports of slowness of WIFI on campus. Wired internet is unaffected. We are working with our hardware vendor on a fix. If you need a workaround for on-campus locations that are unaffected please let us know.
