On 7/16/26, beginning at 5 am, the servers that host Banner and "My College Account" services will receive an update. As a result, several systems will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes. We hope to not take the entire time.
Please note: Moodle and 1Hope are not affected by this work.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. Specific server VMs that are affected are able to be migrated to other infrastructure as needed. If a service that you rely on continues to experience issues, please reach out and we will prioritize a fix for that service.

We're looking into reports that several services that run on one of our on-campus servers aren't working as expected. This includes our digital signage software, signs.hope.edu. We'll update here when we know more.

We're looking into reports that when users log into Terra Dotta Study Abroad, travel.hope.edu, they receive an error. It seems that you still log in successfully though. We are actively working with the vendor to learn more and will post here when we have an update.

We are currently investigating reports of issues with the EMS Web App at events.hope.edu taking many minutes to login before working. We have a ticket in with the software vendor.
