    We have all "My College Account" links available within the app.

    We will continue to work with the vendor.

    CIT has received reports, and subsequently verified, that students, staff, and faculty are no longer seeing links to various resources in app.hope.edu. We verified that this was due to the vendor pushing a faulty update to the app.

    Every user at this time is able to see all "My College Account" Links. This includes the "Faculty" link for grade submission.

    We are working with the vendor to revert to previous settings so that all functionality is restored.

Athletics website unavailable

    Sidearm Sports has resolved their issues and the Hope Athletics website is once again available.

    Many Sidearm Sports websites, including the Hope Athletics site, remain unavailable. We have not received a restoration estimate or any additional updates from them.

    The Athletics website (athletics.hope.edu) is unavailable, as is the site for the MIAA and other schools. Sidearm Sports, the company that hosts those sites, appears to be experiencing an outage. Updates will be posted here as they are available.

Issue Connecting with FortiClient VPN

    The issues with the FortiClient VPN system have been resolved. Please contact the CIT Help Desk if you experience problems.

    A small subset of users on campus use the FortiClient VPN system to work with sensitive applications such as Banner. Those users may experience issues connecting. We are currently investigating and will post back when we learn more.

    The software that powers helpdesk.hope.edu will be temporarily unavailable while maintenance is performed. The ticket submission form, checking status of existing tickets, and browsing the knowledgebase may be unavailable during this time. Emails received during this window will be put on hold and processed after the downtime has been completed.

Authentication into Banner and Blite

    Authentication into Banner and Blite continued to work through out the day. We are resolving this incident. If you encounter any issues, please contact CIT at helpdesk.hope.edu.

    We have identified the issue with authenticating into Banner and Blite and issued a fix. It seems the email server that provides MFA email authentication into Banner was affected by the other local campus server issues this morning. Using Banner and Blite is once again available and we will continue to monitor this issue.
