    This evening (April 18), CIT has an unplanned maintenance scheduled for our administrative system, Banner. As a result, several applications will be unavailable starting at approximately 7 pm for 3 hours.

    The following will be unavailable during this time:

    • Banner Admin Pages

    • plus.hope.edu

    • DegreeWorks

    • B-Lite

    • Schedule Planner (or College Scheduler)

    • Banner Document Management

    • Ethos

    • ISE EnterpriseSchedule

    • Please note: 1Hope and Moodle are not affected by this work.

Logging into plus.hope.edu and Banner

    We can once again login to the Banner environment. All users should be able to access plus.hope.edu, DegreeWorks, and other applications associated with Banner. Please reach out to CIT (cit@hope.edu or x7670) if you encounter any further issues or have questions.

    Tableau Server will be receiving an upgrade. Any dashboards on analytics.hope.edu will be inaccessible during this time. Tableau Desktop will continue to function.

    At 7 pm EDT on Monday, 3/25, Banner will receive an upgrade. We are allotting a few hours for this upgrade but it will likely get done sooner than that. The following will be unavailable during this time:

    The software vendor has reported that all of the login issues should be resolved, and all users should be able to log into assets.hope.edu again. Please let the Help Desk (cit@hope.edu or 616.395.7670) if you're still having issues!

    We are currently investigating reports that some accounts are unable to log into assets.hope.edu. We are waiting on the vendor support to fix an issue on their end and we will update here when we know more.
