Hope College CIT - Notice history

On February 3, between 10:30 - 11:00 pm, Banner and My College Account will see a fifteen minute disruption while we perform maintenance.

On Sunday, January 25, beginning at 10 am, Banner and "My College Account" will receive an updates. As a result, several systems will be unavailable for up to 6 hours. We hope to not take the entire time.

Please note: 1Hope and Moodle are not affected by this work.

On January 21 beginning at 10 pm, we'll be deploying infrastructure changes to our hosting provider. The total estimated downtime for the affected services will be up to 15 minutes.

We'll be briefly making these services unavailable for up to 30 minutes for maintenance. You may not be able to access these web pages during that time.

We will be performing essential maintenance that will suspend new 1Hope log-in attempts for approximately one hour. If you are already logged into your account on your device, your access should not be disrupted.

We are planning for a scheduled maintenance during that time. We expect about an hour or 2 of downtime. During this time no changes may be made to the Spring instance of Moodle

We are migrating the server hosting authentication into these services to new infrastructure during this time. While maintenance is ongoing, authentication into the affected applications are unavailable.
