    Argos was updated in Production to the latest release over the Thanksgiving break. Most of the updates were internal updates and fixes and should not impact how you use Argos. Testing was completed successfully. If you experience issues, first clear your cache and try again. Otherwise reach out to CIT through https://helpdesk.hope.edu/ for more assistance.

    Banner TEST will be cloned from production on Tuesday, November 25. We anticipate this will take Banner TEST down for approximately 3-4 hours. At this time we do not have a specific time. We will let you know as soon as we find out. This will NOT impact any Production environments, Degree Works, Moodle or other external systems.

    We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue. At 1:10 there may be a slight "blip" of connectivity with the Hope College network for services beyond the ones affected by this incident. This "blip" will be intentional to help us fix this issue.

    We have verified that My College Account pages work not on a Hope network (so at home or on a mobile network). Admin pages does not work off campus.

    We have found that the error lies in the connection to campus and our hosting provider. We are working with multiple vendors to address the issue. The next update will be by 1 pm.

    In addition to Banner we have also found that Moodle is affected by this outage.

    The cloud infrastructure supporting the Banner Admin Pages and My College Account unexpectedly failed, making these services temporarily unavailable. Our team is actively working on a fix to restore full access as quickly as possible.

    Admin Pages, Student Account, Employee and Profile information should now be restored. We are working through Finance and Faculty.

    The upgrade is proceeding as planned, but due to a weather related outage earlier this morning, we'll be extending this upgrade until 7 pm. Degree Works remains intermittently available during this time.
