    We believe that all remaining issues related to Banner, B-Lite, DegreeWorks, Evisions, and other services that rely on campus network connectivity should now be working again as expected. Please contact the Help Desk (cit@hope.edu or 616.395.7670) if you continue to experience issues!

    We are continuing to monitor issues related to our new Campus Firewall equipment. In particular, we are aware of issues with slowness of DegreeWorks and B-Lite. We will update here when we have a fix in place for those two systems.

    Work continues making sure all of our campus services work with our new equipment as expected. We're aware that logging into Moodle instances seems to be taking an unexpectedly long time and we are actively investigating the issue.

    We found the issue that was not allowing users to access hope.edu websites. That has now been fixed. You should once again be able to access all hope.edu websites from off campus.

    Outside networks are not yet able to access Hope sites. CIT is actively working to remediate this issue. The next update will be at 11:30 am.

    The network should be up again using a new firewall. It may take time for your personal device to load webpages as it recognizes this new configuration. CIT continues to work on optimizing this experience.

    As we continue to troubleshoot issues with the new Firewall, the maintenance window is being extended another hour until 11 am. The next update will occur by 10:45 am.

    The network remains up on campus, though intermittent outages may occur.
