    We believe we have restored B-lite to it's previous working state and it should be working properly again. If you've been experiencing logout issues over the last two weeks, give it another try and let us know if you're still experiencing issues. Thanks!

    Certify will be unavailable while Business Services and CIT work with Certify to decommission Chart H Funds and Accounts and subsequently upload Chart 1 Funds, Organizations, and Accounts.

    You will be unable to login to Certify during this time. You may still receive emails from Certify that credit card transactions have been imported into your wallet. All of those transactions will be waiting for you once this maintenance is completed and you are able to login again.

    The voicemail system had a glitch and voicemails usually forwarded to email were not sent. To check if you received any voicemails from midnight Tue until 3pm Wed, call x7300.

Banner, Blite, and Associated Services Unavailable

We don’t anticipate significant impact to campus operations during that time, however there may be intermittent access issues to certain websites. Plus.hope.edu unavailable on "Hope College" or wired networks

    We have resolved the issue of Plus.hope.edu not being available on the "Hope College" WiFi network and on-campus wired connections. Please contact CIT if you have any further difficulty accessing this service.

    We are currently investigating reports that devices connected to the "Hope College" WiFi network or on-campus wired connections are not able to load plus.hope.edu. If you need to access this service on a Hope-owned device, contact CIT. If you are trying to access this on a personal device, switch to the "Hope Personal Devices" WiFi network. The network name and password is available at hope.edu/wifi.
