    Remote access for FortiClient/ZTNA is currently unavailable. Users aren't able to connect to secure campus resources from off-campus. We are currently investigating this issue and will post updates as available.

Login Issues with the Health Center Patient Portal

    Canvas seems to have returned to normal responsiveness and load times. Instructure will continue to post updates at https://status.instructure.com/ as they dig into the root cause.

    CIT called Canvas/Instructure support. It is confirmed that there is an outage by Canvas engineers and they are investigating the cause. They hope to soon update their outage page at https://status.instructure.com/.

    Users are getting an error about ReCaptcha when logging into the bookstore website. The Bookstore is working with that software vendor to resolve it.

    Signing in with Google into PeopleAdmin is now working. All employees should be able to once again login to PeopleAdmin. Please reach out to CIT if you encounter any more issues.

    We are updating Panorama, the accessibility software used for Moodle, to a newer version. This should not cause any downtime, but you may notice the green accessibility icons briefly disappear and appear on your courses and assignments during the update.

    On 7/16/26, beginning at 5 am, the servers that host Banner and "My College Account" services will receive an update. As a result, several systems will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes. We hope to not take the entire time.
