    After resetting the connection to Banner from campus, this issue has been resolved. Please reach out to CIT if you continue to encounter any issues.

    We believe the issue involves are wireless network and are working to resolve the issue. The wired connections (ethernet) do work. In the meantime, connect your computer to the internet via ethernet if you need to use MS Access, SQL Developer, or Jobsub until this is resolved.

    CIT is receiving reports that users are unable to connect to the Banner database through Microsoft Access and SQL Developer. Access to Jobsub is also restricted. We are currently investigating the issue.
